August Heat By Victoria Lorusso I didn't quite know how this August was going to play out in regards to Real Estate. Were people still going on vacation and if not, would they be looking at homes? Would they be staying home to save? Or would they be staying because of unemployment and other factors? Or, would it be summer as usual? I am pleased to say that I am seeing a nice balance. Many are still continuing with their vacation plans. While others are being more conservative and in fact are out there looking at homes. August has slowed but it is very typical for this time of year. So if you are thinking of selling, now is the time to push to get ready as more buyers return in September. And don't forget, that $8000 credit will soon be expiring. | |
