April Market Statistics for Stamford and Greenwich, CT.

Here are the market statistics for Stamford and Greenwich, CT for the month of April, 2008.  In Stamford, buyers appear to be returning to the market as evident in the 25% increase in the CTS category which represents accepted offers.  Condominium stats are less accurate because of the amount of new construction being offered.
