We certainly are celebrating here at Keller Williams Prestige Properties in Stamford, CT.  Together with carefully selected and very experienced agents along with some great new talent we finished our first year in business with a 10% market share and an average sale price a clear 40% above William Ravies who ranked #1.    Not bad for our first year!

Overall, Keller Williams has surpassed Prudential and now ranks #4 in the country with over 72,000 agents and profit share that exceeded 50 million dollars.  Their new Luxury division is in the works with a great national team of agents  putting their minds together to provide services like no other company can offer.  Our annual get together for all agents is set for February in Las Vegas and will be a sold out event for over 11,000 agents!  And it's not about a party.  It's training and learning how to stay one step ahead in these fast changing times as well as great networking with the nations top agents.
