I am constantly asked "what is going on with the market"?  Seems to be what everyone is talking about.  We want to know our values are secure and what may impact our future plans.  While there is no crystal ball, the following offers a current snapshot of the lower Fairfield County market.
 
August sales and contracts were mostly flat.  I think everyone was taking advantage of these last precious summer days.  Good news though, the last two days the phone is ringing again and Internet hits are moving back up, meaning back to business.  I'll send you new stats next month, so stay tuned.
